The M8190A also supports cutting edge “RF DAC” modes (in addition to the standard “conventional” NRZ DAC mode, of course), such as RZ and DRZ which modify the “normal” SINC response of a “regular” (NRZ) DAC into very flat responses at Nyquist zones 2 and 3, allowing to use this model for IF generation (I.E. to use replica signals created in Nyquist zones 2 or 3, not only Base Band).

Some facts about the N9041B “UXA” Analyzer:

A few things you need to know about the N9040B “UXA” analyzer
Source attenuators (extended power range, sometimes referred to as option 1E1, is already included as standard in E5071C Network Analyzers.
The E5072A (we call it “ENA for high power applications”) offers not only high test-port power, but also direct receiver access (see the front panel “jumpers”,) to allow for PAs, couplers or attenuates. A very useful tool for professionals if you measure and characterise amplifiers, perform stability measurements and / or load pull measurements.
